We gladly accept Purchase Orders from your School, District, Home Care or other Family Support based business. We just need a copy of the PO, with clear information about your order, including item number, names and email address for any resource downloads or streaming accounts, plus a phone number with a contact in case we have any questions. **Please note, as of September 15, 2022 we no longer carry any physical products and will not be able to fulfill any purchase orders for physical products such as CDs, DVDs, Books, Flashcards, or Posters.**

If your Purchase Order includes our HeidiSongs Online Video Streaming website, we’ll need the first and last name, plus school email address for each teacher who will have a subscription. We’ll then send them an invite email to with their login and access information. No credit card is required for the teachers to have an account or access their subscription when paying through a school purchase order.  Download this FAQ for more details and pricing info on our streaming service!

If your school or district want to set us up as vendors and need a W-9 for tax purposes, we’ve provided that below. If you need any other vendor information, please email or fax us the required documents. Also, please note our Copyright Policy concerning the use and/or duplication of our products.

Site Licenses - We currently offer discount rates for our HeidiSongs Streaming Subscriptions for schools and districts.  Prices are based per teacher, and discounts apply with five or more teachers getting a subscription.  Please email us at quotes@heidisongs.com with your school information and number of teachers wanting a subscription and we'll email you with more information and a quote.
