We accept Purchase Orders
We gladly accept Purchase Orders from your School, District, Home Care or other family based business. We just need a copy of the PO, with clear information about your order, including item format (Music CD or DVD), shipping & billing information, plus a phone number with a contact in case we have any questions. If you are ordering several items, you might also include the marked pages of the HeidiSongs Order Form, to clearly indicate the items you are looking to receive.

so that we may have a record of the transaction,
and we'll promptly fill your order.
*Due to the untrackable nature of the Fax, we ask that you email us at info@heidisongs.com, to verify we received your information correctly, so we can fill your order in a timely manner.

Shipping, Taxes & Order Delivery
Please calculate your shipping costs based on 10% of your total for orders under $300, and 7% for orders over $300, with a minimum of $7.50, to compensate for the additional handling required to process these orders. Prices are for Domestic and APO Shipping only. International shipping costs vary greatly, so either call or use our online Shopping Cart to estimate these costs based on your location and zip-code. We will add any shipping costs that are not accurately calculated or included as part of the Purchase Order and they will be indicated on your HeidiSongs Invoice.
We are a California based company, so there currently is no sales tax for out of state purchases. For California schools and businesses, please calculate and include taxes at 8.75% based on our local sales tax, where the order will be filled and shipped.
Please allow up 10 days for your order to be completed and shipped, varying due to when we receive the actual PO, the size of your order and the quickness of the Post Office. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail shipping to minimize handling in the mail system as we've discovered the longer the delivery time, the greater opportunity for damage to the products. We're happy to accommodate any special shipping needs, so just give us a call to arrange those details @ 909-331-2090.
Product Updates
We sometimes find small mistakes in our products that get missed before we post them for Instant Downloads or sometimes even after a disc has been burned and shipped. But we will always hear about and fix them as part of our ongoing development... so if you find that you're missing a page or see an error in one of your files, please contact us and we'll happily send you an updated file.
