If we miss your call, we have a good answering system and will promptly call back, so feel free to leave a detailed message. Be sure to leave your first and last name and a phone number so that we can do any follow-up before we call you back.
You can also leave us a message below and we'll reach you via email. We will email back promptly, and if you don't hear from us, check your spam or junk mail folder just in case the message ended up there. Some emails have security or privacy settings for unknown email addresses that may send our reply to one of those folders. Any emails received over the weekend will be followed up on Monday morning once we are back in the office.
If you are calling about an order placed online, please provide your Order # so we can better assist you. If you are calling about a Purchase Order, please provide us with the School or School District name, as well as the purchase order number if possible. For quotes, please specify the items you are wanting, and provide the shipping address so we can give you an accurate quote.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-3pm PST. We also receive faxes at (909) 592-2110 for School Purchase Orders, or any other questions you might feel more comfortable sending us in written or printed format via the fax.
